Sunny, Renovated, Great Location
Great location in Hells Kitchen -- near a number of subways, close to bars and restaurants, and just a short walk to Central Park or the Westside Highway. Building mostly full of long-term renters (some rent controlled) who are respectful and friendly -- no one will steal your packages! The non-rent controlled apartments have all been nicely renovated and the common areas are kept neat and clean. Apt has an open kitchen/living room that is a bit small, but totally live-able and can accommodate small gatherings. Bedrooms are quite large for the neighborhood, with lots of storage. Stairs to the 5th floor can be a bit taxing, but you are rewarded with high ceilings and lots of light
