Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed. Guests must drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible.
