The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available, but coffee is not provided. Please report any missing items immediately upon check-in for restocking. Absolutely no smoking or drugs are allowed inside the home or anywhere else on the property. Quiet hours are observed between 9 pm and 8 am; please be considerate while socializing outdoors during these times and keep excessive noise to a minimum. A maximum of 12 guests can be accommodated at any given time. This home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway in front of the garage; parking on the grass or alongside streets parallel to another vehicle is prohibited. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, with violations potentially resulting in towing or fines per HOA rules. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible to maintain cleanliness. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10 AM; late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray. After it rains, some debris may wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Violations of any house rules may result in the termination of a reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
