This is a self-catering home, with initial supplies provided including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, hand soap, detergent pods for up to two loads, a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, a coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil; however, these supplies are not refilled during your stay. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is not baby-proofed. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight unless agreed upon in writing. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised, and after it rains, some debris may wash into the pool, causing slight discoloration. Guests are asked to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure and to report damages immediately. Additional guidelines are posted within the home. Violations of any house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
