Each 1 bedroom home is approximately 625 sqft and rent is $1,125/month plus each tenant pays $35/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and water/sewer. We will require strong rental history, good credit and a $1,125 partially-refundable security deposit ($150 is a carpet cleaning fee). One or two cats are acceptable with pet rent. Sorry, no dogs. This is a smoke-free building so no smoking within any of the units or on the decks. The building offers easy access to downtown Portland, OHSU, Lewis and Clark College, John's Landing, Multnomah Village, I-5 and the south and west suburbs.
