About This Property
Looking for a tenant for the top floor of my home at 735 E 36th Street, Baltimore, MD 21218, an 8 minute drive from Johns Hopkins University. Asking for $800 (utilities are covered by owner). There is ample street parking. The bathroom is shared with one other and the kitchen is shared with everyone. Because the basement has the laundry and dryer machine in it as well as access to the back yard, we will need to arrange an access and privacy agreement. The room has a beautiful window, is quite sizeable(approximately 170 sq ft. total). Security deposit of 1 month, back ground check, credit check and a valid form of ID all required on showing. proof of insurance required prior to moving in.
