This unit is ready to move into now It is is in a great location - at the end of a culdesac (hardly no traffic). It is in a ranch style building so there is no one above or below you.. There is central air, brand new blinds at all the windows, a patio in the back, and private parking. I pay water and trash - tenant pays electric. NO application fee.
