The spacious bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while the living room features two sofa beds, ideal for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary adventures, and the modern bathroom provides all the comforts you need. Our grill is available for a one-time fee rental which includes one propane tank. Activating the pool and spa heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. Only guests aged 25 and older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted. Only registered guests can stay overnight, and a list must be sent before check-in. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. Our pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions. Our pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage, which may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
