I once thought this place was decent. Haven't had extermination for about 6 months, finally got something in here and it's done hary anything to the infestation, I've had to spend a lot of money on my own products to atleast keep the bugs down. My rent was hiked to around 300 plus dollars for amenities I've never been able to use on a renewal. Money supposedly went missing. Work orders pending and taking forever to get done and a turnover rate terrible within the workers, prob because they've been worked to the brink. Small dog park my pup doesn't even go into because it's nasty and not kempt which he got sick from one day. The renters are having to pay for their mistakes and money problems while the management sits high with their 6figure salaries. Never were we ever late and now it's a struggle just trying to get through until I can finish nursing school and take my 3 dependents and myself to a much better place and escape this hell. I'd be happier in a shack and it's sad because the renos are beautiful but management is terrible.
Never actually lived here, but tired... Called numerous times to talk to someone about renting an apartment. They never responded, if this his how the treat prospective tenants, I can only image how they would treat you once they have tied down with a lease. Gave it 2 stars because the apartments look nice, but the staff professionalism is non-existent.
Good air-conditioning and big seperate bathrooms big living room and fun for kids.
The closets are pretty big and are walk in closets. It’s also close to the playground for me and my brothers

Great place and great management team. Maintenance does a great great keeping the place running smooth. They all work hard.
We had to relocate because my husband got a job in the area and the manager was very helpful with answering questions and getting us into our new home. We got a fully renovated apartment home with all new appliances and I am very pleased with our decision to live here
The new management and staff are awesome. Very friendly. The maintenance staff Kelly and Que care very much about the tenants and making sure they feel comfortable in their homes. They are upgrading the property as well.
29 West formerly Shenandoah Village. Greenbrier properties bought the apartment complex last summer. The apartments are nice and spacious. The new company has done alot of updating and continues to improve the area by keeping the trash up off the ground , etc. the new remodeled apartments are very nice, the landscaping has been a nice update as well. the exterior is due to have pressure washing on a regular basis. a new light beige color with white trim and new appliances are put of the new updates. . The bathroom received updated shower curtain rods. the kitchen has new appliances and backsplash. the floor plans are very open and inviting. the walkin closets are amazing. they are very spacious. The new property managements continues to update and evaluate new needs for the apartments. The staff is very nice and accomodating to the tenants needs and concerns.
Come after dark to see what it's really like . Maintenance team is great ,management is not on property 24/7 . Don't believe the website no basketball , no community clubhouse , pool hasn't been open in years
Nice apartments just noisy during the summer when the kids out of school and pets aren’t allowed.
The complex is very nice, well kept and the inside of the apartments are beautiful. They are very spacious. The only flaw to living here is the maintenance crew. There is one main guy that does the maintenance work here and when you call the office with a maintenance issue, they do not come. You have to keep calling about the issue.
The apartments are very nice on the inside. A lot of noise from the residents during the summer time, but mostly everyone keeps to themselves.
