Feel at home in this entire home in Solterra Resort, offering space to spread out and easy access to resort amenities and nearby attractions. This home sleeps 12, with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. This Davenport retreat is designed for connection, comfort, and easygoing stays in Central Florida’s year-round warm climate. The home features a full kitchen, an indoor dining table, a washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating. Step outside to your private pool and patio area, furnished for relaxed afternoons and evenings. A barbecue grill and outdoor furniture make the space suitable for casual meals or downtime between adventures. Guests have access to Solterra Resort amenities, including a pool, gym, lazy river, recreational areas and poolside cafe. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of could result in fines up to $300. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
