This home features a full kitchen, an indoor dining table, a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and heating. The living area offers ample seating and a TV, creating a comfortable place to relax together after a day out. Step outside to your private pool and patio area, furnished for relaxed afternoons and evenings. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture make the space suitable for casual meals or downtime between adventures. Guests have access to Solterra Resort amenities, including a pool, gym, lazy river, recreational areas, and poolside cafe. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on your agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are also must-see destinations. The home is a short drive from Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other Central Florida attractions, placing entertainment and dining options within easy reach. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed four per reservation. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
