My girlfriend and I cannot express enough how much we have loved this apartment, but a job offer in LA has us needing to say goodbye. We are looking for a someone (couples welcome) with good credit to take over our lease until 9/15/18. Move in would be March 15th, and you would need first, last + security ($1950 x3). Also, to pass the credit check. A few notes: -gym with sauna in the basement -door man, who will deliver and ensure your packages make it to your home -elevators -pets are welcome -gas stove -stainless steal appliances -washer + dryer in unit (they work great) -2 person shower -plenty of closet/storage place -lofted either second bedroom or office -high ceilings (we have never felt cramped in this space) -open floor plan -12 ft windows which bring in tons of natural light This apartment is located in the heart of Center City, a block away from the Liberty Bell, Reading Terminal Market, Mom's Organic, subway, Old City, Rittenhouse, etc., etc. Please email to schedule a time to view it, or have any other questions.
