All properties are non-smoking. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies, or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Pets are not permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25.
