This gem has a wood burning fireplace, huge covered patio and plenty of upgrades including RV parking, two car garage with opener, newer furnace, newly installed central air, water heater and kitchen appliances. This rental does not come with washer and dryer, but has hook ups. It may have a small footprint, but there is plenty of pantry storage, cabinet and counter space, and a dedicated laundry area as well as backyard shed for additional storage. Pets are welcome with additional deposit, and doggy door is currently in the home that would be good for smaller dogs. Notes: This house will also come with a new stainless steel fridge if the new renters do not have one they are moving over, and for an additional $100 rent, the owner will provide a new washer and dryer in the home. Garage has some built in storate and a work area from previous owners. Exterior paint and landscape improvements are scheduled for the spring.
