Providing comprehensive client service has always been a priority in Margaret Mondello’s career. In 1988 she worked as the Administrative Assistant to the President of a marketing communications firm in New York City, whose major clients were the C-level executives of Mobil Oil Corporation. She then moved to California and served guest’s needs as a VIP concierge at Le Meridian, a 5-star hotel located in Newport Beach. Subsequently, Margaret became the tourism Director at The Newport Beach Conference & Visitors Bureau for several years. In 1996, Margaret returned to her roots in New York’s Hudson Valley to start her family and explore the world of real estate. Joining her mother and sisters at their Gallatin, NY offices of Audrey Mondello Real Estate, she found a career that was flexible enough and complementary to her newfound motherhood. She appreciates the beauty and varied seasons the Hudson Valley offers, coupled with its convenient proximity to Manhattan. Margaret is extremely familiar with the region and the many changes that have taken place in and around her hometown. In 2010, Margaret and her sisters relocated the family business from Gallatin into the heart of the village of Red Hook. From their quaint, comfortable new offices, they serve the real estate requirements of the Red Hook community and the surrounding area. Margaret specializes in a wide variety of clientele, from young families just starting out, to well-established second-home buyers. Her listing portfolio covers everything from a modest single-story home to multi-unit apartment complexes. She finds it fascinating and gratifying to work with a wide range of real estate buyers, and always pays close attention to their needs and dreams; she is proud to serve them and obtain the results they desire. Margaret resides in Tivoli, NY with her husband Dan, a local builder, and her two children, who attend the Red Hook School system and are actively involved in many of the area’s programs such as karate, ballet, and sports. “I look forward to working with you, whether you are buying or selling.
