There is an unfinished basement, with plenty of room for extra storage, and includes the laundry area, which includes hook-ups for the washer and dryer. The home has an attached 2-car garage. The back yard is fully fenced, and backs up to Remington Park. Both yards are xeriscaped. The owner pays the trash, the tenant is responsible for all other utilities. This home DOES include Air Conditioning. Located in District 49. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises.
