About This Property

LEASE TAKEOVER or NEW LEASE A gorgeous 3br 1b apartment on the third floor of a walk up in a tranquil part of bed-stuy. Walking distance to lively areas on Broadway and Tompkins ave. Accessible by J, M, and ACE. 10 min walk to the J at Kosciuzko, 15-20 min walk to ACE at Utica Ave. Central Air, Hardwood floors, Exposed Brick. Current tenants (of which I am one) are moving out due to life circumstances and are sad to be leaving such a deal of a space. Building has a storage space in basement, and in building washer dryer. We're looking for someone(s) to take over our lease starting February 1st. 2 bedrooms are same layout and one bedroom off the living area is slightly smaller, only lacks a built in closet, comes with a standalone closet I will be leaving to next tenant for free. Another roomie is willing to sell all current furniture in his room for $300 (if you would like info on this, lmk!).
