Sublet.com ID 2314254. I have a one bedroom apartment that I need to sublease. The apartment has a living room and dining room, and balcony. The apartment is quiet peaceful, and in a safe area. There is a grocery store right across the street from the apartment complex. I have already talked to the landlord about subleasing the apartment. A 25 dollar fee will have to be paid to transfer the contract to the new tenant that way you can deal directly with the landlord for the monthly rental payment. The apartment sublease will run until June 16 of 2014, at which point you can chose to renew the rental agreement with the landlord. I will pay the 25 dollar fee to transfer the rental contract. NOTE: I do need a period of a month to move out of the apartment prior to somebody taking over the lease. An appointment should be set to check the apartment and appointment should be set with myself and landlord if you are interested in taking over the lease.
