Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. To be courteous to neighbors, quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation and immediate departure without refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology.
