For those needing to do laundry, check out the in-unit private washer and dryer. For those who wish to stay in and save money, the kitchen is equipped for your every need. You will be located near Lake Texoma, Downtown Sherman, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, and Town Center. There is a private entrance to the building with self check-in capabilities via a lockbox.
