This studio loft features a comfortable king-size bed, fast Wi-Fi, a stocked kitchen equipped for your every need, a TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Relax inside with the cool AC after exploring. Free public parking spaces are available, but please only park in spaces that are NOT reserved. A damage protection fee of $20 will be charged after the booking is confirmed. You will be located near Lake Texoma, Downtown Sherman, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, and the Town Center. Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2pm check-in. Late checkouts must be approved and may incur a fee of $25 for a 1pm checkout or $35 for a same-day request. Parking is limited to 3 cars maximum, and guests must only park in the driveway or on the street directly in front of the house, without blocking anyone else's driveway. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced; throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having a gathering with un-reported extra guests will result in a $250 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; each bag over that is a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. There is a strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING rule, and tampering with the smoke/noise detector will result in a $150 fine. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries are provided; guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond that.
