About This Property

Beautiful end corner unit with two balconies, and lots of large windows allowing great natural sunlight into the home. The kitchen counters and island have very nice granite tops and the kitchen cabinets are very high end and contemporary. The appliances are stainless steel and there is gas cooking. There is travertine stone flooring throughout all the living areas and hallways and looks great. The bathrooms are also finished very nicely with stone and high end contemporary cabinets. There is a large master bedroom walk in closet and also a good size master bedroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is also TWO parking spaces included which will be great for a tenant! The amenities in Optima Camelvieww are wonderful and there are many great restaurants in the area.
