Also, there are lots of beautiful houseplants inside that need weekly watering. My hope is to find someone to take care of the plants while living here. It's very simple, takes 15 minutes per week. -Tenant must also maintain hot tub chlorine cartridge supply. Hot tub is very simple to drain and refill so the water can always be as fresh as you want.
