Credit reports will be evaluated for late payments, collections, judgments, and bankruptcies (COVID-protected periods exempt). -If a Housing Voucher recipient elects not to have a credit report pulled, the applicant may instead submit 24 months of bank statements or other verifiable documentation demonstrating consistent, on-time payment of rent and financial obligations for consideration. -All applicants must provide at least two years of recent, verifiable positive residential history, including contact information for prior landlords or rental references. Rental history will be evaluated for timely rent payments and lease compliance. -Co-signers are not accepted. -Applicants are required to view the property prior to submitting an application to ensure the home meets their needs.
