About This Property
One bedroom apartment in a single family home. Very private, separated from the main house by a breezeway. Located in a nice area in the Town of Poughkeepsie, minutes away from shopping, restaurants, Vassar College, and train stations. There is a refrigerator, a microwave, and free Wi-Fi, but no dishwasher, range, washer or dryer.. Available immediately, and willing to do a month-to-month lease. Rent is $1400 per month or could be lower depending on length of stay, with a $500 security deposit. I am currently storage some excess furniture in the apt., but am working on removing it.
