The Iris Townhouse! - This unit is spacious- having over 1300 sq. ft. of living space. If you have more than 2 vehicles, additional parking space can be arranged in our overflow parking area. Out the back door, a sidewalk runs the entire length of the building giving you easy access to the front and back of the Townhouse, and a great spot for Barbecuing and storing your bicycles. Where do the kids play? The city park is just around the corner within walking distance. The Townhouse has a grassy area to the back with a chain-link fence to keep children corralled. The city is nicely centered between the Tri-Cities (Richland, Kennewick, Pasco) and the lower valley (Prosser, Grandview, Sunnyside). If you have to commute to the Hanford Site, just head North for a pleasant drive along the Yakima River and you'll be onsite in about 30 minutes without the annoyance of congested traffic.
