Inquire for rates for less than 7 nights or prior to June 16. $1000 security deposit refundable after checkout. $250 exit cleaning fee. Steps to Marucci Park in Spring Lake. Easy walk or bike to Belmar Beach. Up to 4 adult and 2 senior Belmar beach badges provided that must be returned on checkout. Weekly rental. OPEN: April 15 to May 23 (reduced rate),May 29 to June 22,July 13-July 20,Aug 3 to Aug 10,Aug 17 to Aug 24. This sunny,super clean 4 BR 2 new bath ranch has a view of Lake Como from the porch. Side deck has high top seating for 4 plus additional Adirondack chair and bench. Gated deck keeps children close by while you BarBQ. Fully fenced in yard with picnic table seats 8. Garage is for storage only,cars cannot reach the garage due to the deck and lovely pond that delights all ages. Off street parking for 3 cars. 24/7 on street overnight parking permitted. Only those guests who register with the boro and fill out the town paperwork may reside overnight. Entire home is bright,sunny and cheery filled with lots of beach decor. Large living room and large eat in kitchen seats 6 which is adjacent to slider doors out to side deck. Up to 6 Belmar Beach badges (4 adult,2 senior) will be provided and must be returned at checkout. Bordering Spring Lake,this home is a stone's throw to Marucci Park in Spring Lake. Located on a dead end street,there is another park at the end of the street. Family neighborhood,most are year round residents. Easy bike ride or walk to beach. Close to the marina,shops and restaurants. $250.00 exit cleaning fee. NO groups,NO pets of any kind,NO smoking or vaping. All rentals Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is 4 p m. Checkout is 10 am. Central air,forced hot air,All utilities included. Pillows and towels not provided. Maximum occupancy of 8. Guests are responsible for overcrowding fines from the boro.

Lake Como is a small borough located just a couple of blocks inland from Belmar Beach. It’s a mostly residential community, with charming suburban-style homes filling most of the landscape. While there are several upscale homes in the community, the rental market is mostly composed of reasonably priced suburban-style houses, condos, and apartments.
The dining and nightlife scene is quite robust for the size of the community, including unpretentious local favorites like Paddy McDonald’s Ale House and Paul’s Tavern within walking distance of anywhere in town. A few blocks away at the coastline, D’jais Oceanview Bar and Café is a popular hotspot known for its party atmosphere and beautiful views of the Atlantic. Of course, the beach itself is a major draw for locals and visitors alike, and a day of lounging on the sand is always just a few steps away.
