Property Ratings at 700 W 178th Street
I just moved to eclectic Washington Heights in Manhattan, NYC. Although rent is a sumptuous expense for New Yorkers, this apartment is newly renovated and near my graduate school, Columbia University. I'm hoping to get free rent, in order to focus entirely on my studies and creating a sustainable planet for all future generations, including my kids and grandkids.
