Hello! ****There is a 4 bedroom apartment available ASAP at The Retreat Corvallis**** *Each room has it's own private bathroom, there is an in unit washer dryer, and access to The Retreat's luxurious amenities* It will be vacated as early as the end of June/July 1st! -Rent is $737.95/mo each -Rent includes complimentary HD cable & wifi -There is only 1 utility bill paid for electricity and gas via the Simple Bills site/app that is often times very reasonable and small The Retreat features the MOST amenities of any off campus housing in Corvallis: -Resort style pool -Clubhouse -Full weight and cardio rooms -Indoor golf simulator -A complimentary coffee bar -Free use of tanning beds -A computer lab. -The apartment complex is pet friendly and there are many tenants with animals walking around the grounds. It has been a great place to live, but we are graduating and moving in with other roommates next year. We would love for someone to take our place enjoying life at The Retreat. If anyone is interested in moving into The Retreat early, and maybe even renewing a lease for the year, I would be happy to talk to you and your friends! Thanks in advance.
