Just ok
The apartments needs renovated. The building it old and it shows. Pros: Affordable, close to bus, lightrail and path, close to shopping areas, parking spots available first come first serve, relatively quiet minus some neighbors, monthly exterminator (precovid) Cons: without exterminator bugs are showing up everywhere in the building, landlord does mainly patch work on damages, apartments needs to be updated, intercom system barely works, no dogs, parking spots are waitlisted, heat doesn’t always work in winter, hot water issues in winter as well. Overall it’s okay for a starter not long term.
