Noise in the building.
Very nice units, beautiful roof deck, but unfortunately there is so much noise from other units. We hear tvs, we hear talking, we hear noise from lobby and the gym. It's unfortunate because the staff is trying all they can to fix these things, but it's really whatever materials they built with.

Very noisy units, paper thin walls
Nice amenities and wonderful staff, but extremely noisy units. Can hear neighbors walking and having normal conversations.
