May $3,750/week, June $4,750/week, Memorial Day week $6,000, 4th of July week $7,500. 2 week minimum preferred. Monthly rates, May $16,000, June $18,000. No groups, no smoking/vaping, no pets. Application, credit/background check required. Security deposit, plus utilities security deposit and $250 cleaning fee.
