You will share this fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2- full bath home with 3 other professionals. It has everything needed to make your stay cozy and convenient. Located on the east side of St Paul, minutes away from Regions, Children's MN, United, Gillette Children's campus and many other clinics. Your safety is our priority! The home is equipped with an alarm system with individual codes and has new windows throughout with optional "open limiters" to prevent opening fully. Also, includes individual keypad access and each room is keyed for added security and privacy. Each room includes a bed, dresser, nightstand, desk/chair, smart TV, and linens/towels (*TVs added virtually, actual ones will be added prior to move-in). New carpet throughout the home! Fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite comfort foods! Convenient main floor laundry and it's FREE! Cleaning of all common areas, Wi-Fi, utilities, and lawn/snow included. Off-street parking slots are available for an additional fee, free on-street parking and is only a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Common area living room with large screen TV and loft area for relaxing with crafts and books for something to do in your down time. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and easy as possible, if something isn't to your liking, just let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right!
