The Space is Awesome
Larger than most 1 bedrooms we found, this studio is awesome. Comes with everything you could want: dishwasher, washer-dryer, garbage disposal, a cute little patio with great french doors. Who cares it's at basement level? We have light light light. Our only hitch has been the rental company. LIT (Living In Town) has taken over the property and they get a mixed review. Nothing in our apartment was cleaned, painted or repaired before we moved in, despite delaying our move in date for just those reasons. We can only hope that things settle down as we enjoy our new place!
