It will not fit any large or oversize vehicles. This unit allows one vehicle. There is additional parking across the street. A parking pass is provided (and required). This building utilizes public WiFi Rent: $1,100.00 per month. All utilities are included. Security deposit: $1000.00. Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes E-cigarettes or vape pens (this includes the balcony). Pets are not permitted. This is a winter rental and only available from December 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027.
