Dozens of public parks of every size give the locals ample opportunities to get outside and enjoy the fresh air, particularly the huge nature preserve surrounding Pennypack Creek. Property Ratings at 6800 Bingham Street
Rose Ellis LLC apartments is not that bad. It’s true that all they care about is the money. But if you pay on time or pay late plus the late fee, you shouldn’t have any problems. Communicate with the office and let them know if your having any hardships or trouble paying your rent and they will work with you until a certain extent. If you don’t communicate and let them know what’s going on, they will evict you ! Yes there’s different types of insects in the building but they exterminate every six months. So as long as you clean your apartment you won’t see that many insects inside your place. The neighborhood Is okay for the most part. People in the area keep to themselves and mind there business. But as long as you keep to yourself you shouldn’t have any problems. If you call the office and let them know that something is damage inside your apartment they will get maintenance and have them fix it. It doesn’t take them that long to fix something if it’s damage. But overall for my experience staying here it’s not that bad.
Rose Ellis LLC only care about the money . They could care less about their tenants . They are rude and money hungry . They just care about getting their rent on time even though you have to deal with mice/roach infestation , noisy neighbors , horrible neighborhood , ceiling leaks , no snow removal , cheap “renovations “, and rude /ignorant people that work in their office . Yes they advertise cheap apartments , but is it worth it ? Management is dishonest and they will constantly try to get over on you . It’s not worth it .
It smells, they smoke weed everywhere, they don't shovel snow and there's bug/roaches in the hallway. The person in the office is RUDE and they never return calls. Someone pulled the alarm that didn't even live in the building and we couldn't get in contact with the owner. Called 911 since the alarm isn't connected to emergency. This place is a waste of money! All they care about is getting their money on time and that's it! People lurk around the parking lot at night and break into the cars and have sex there too. This place is SAD!!! I wouldn't recommend this not even to my worst enemy.
