Includes heat and hot water. Both bedrooms are very large. Master Bedroom has a door to the terrace, two closets and a bathroom. Second bedroom has one closet and two big windows facing the park. In addition, there are five closets throughout the apartment. Kitchen has refinished cabinets and a new countertop. Building has part time doorman and garage attendant. Steps away from the E, F, R, M, Q60, Q64, QM12, QM42, QM4 and close proximity to the Grand Central Parkway, Long Island Expressway, and Van Wyck Expressway.
