This building is down the street from the bus stop on Fifth Avenue, across from the Chatham University branch at the corner of Fifth and Penn, Bakery Square, LA Fitness, Mellon Park, Trader Joe's, Target and a few minutes from the shops and restaurants in Shadyside and Squirrel Hill. There is extra storage in the basement. One parking space per bedroom is permitted in a shared parking lot behind the building. Garages with EV charging or a carport may be available for additional rent. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
