Walk-in closet - The 2nd room upstairs measures 10 x 11 feet with an 8 foot wide closet - Downstairs includes large area to use as a living room or bedroom. This area also has a bonus room that could be used as an office or as a bedroom. Both rooms upstairs share the full bathroom you see in the pictures. All utilities included except for power and internet. 5-minute drive to Sloan's lake, King Soopers, Target, Edgewater market. 10-minute drive to downtown Denver Parking -- there is parking 10 yards across the grassy area in front of the unit. The current tenants park there and have had no trouble. 1 parking spot is available on-site for a $25 fee
