We are looking to find a tenant to take over our lease for a May 1st move in, lease term ending September 30th (with option for renewal). The building is requiring the lease take over tenant to go through their standard application process. 1st Month’s rent & 1 Month’s rent as deposit due upon lease signing. Applicants must make 40x the rent single or combined, and have good credit. Pet Policy: Applicant must submit picture of animal along with all veterinarian documents up to date for approval. Once approved a pet rider must be signed by applicant and a pet rent is charged monthly anything under 50lbs is $50.00 a month and over 50lbs is $100.00 a month.
