Applicant's monthly household income needs to exceed 2.5 times the rent.  Applicants needs to receive positive references from all previous landlords. Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Applicant needs to pass a credit and background check before signing the lease. Applicant must have adequate employment and job history.
