6615 Ridge Avenue

I’ve been living at 6615 Ridge Ave for a few years now and couldn’t love it more! The apartment is beautiful- particularly the kitchen that has a great island and abundant cabinet space; the amenities are top-notch, and the management company has been so helpful and quick to provide maintenance whenever I’ve reached out. I can pay my rent and submit maintenance requests online which is extremely helpful as I travel quite a bit.

I really appreciate the new amenities- especially access to the fitness center and the new package locker system. These updates have made living here even better.

Had a good experience touring and applying for an apartment at 6615 Ridge. The management office was professional and handled our lease signing efficiently. Been living here for a few months now and everything has been good so far.

I can’t recommend this building enough! If I wasn’t moving to a different state for work, I definitely would have renewed my lease. The management team has been friendly and responsive- always quick to solve any issues I’ve had including a leaky sink that was fixed within hours of my first email. The apartment itself is great! Lots of windows and nice fixtures and within walking distance of Gorgas park. I wish I could have stayed another year!

The apartments are nice and the neighbors are super friendly. The apartment manager always gets back to me quickly and she makes sure any issues I have are taken care of. I love the community feel there is between neighbors and their cute pets. It has been a great fit.

The walls are ridiculously thin. My neighbor above me footsteps comes through so loud that it shakes the things on my tall dresser. Living here has been a nightmare. I absolutely hate it. Literally my first night living here I had to knock on my neighbors door to alert them about how loud they were. It’s just a mess. Please look elsewhere

We've just renewed our lease for a 2nd year and would have done so regardless of the current Covid situation. Our experience from our initial tour to application, then move in and year 1 have all been positive. The property manager was helpful and informative showing us 2 different style units that were available at the time. We checked out a dozen other places but quickly returned to this one and applied that evening. The application process was simple and easy and after approval mamagement was easy to work with as we coordinated our move in. Once we were in the unit we experienced a couple minor repair issues (we were the 1st to occupy this specific unit so I wasn't put off by this)... Maintenance responded quickly and addressed things promptly. There are a few cons, but they did not stop us from renewing... the biggest issue for us is that there is no parking on site for this building... the other building on this property has parking and the new units being built appear to be getting parking... would be nice if they can incorporate parking for 6615 as well. Also there are limited amenities (although an exercise room and dog park are rumored to be on the way). Overall it is a good place to live, where neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. If it had parking or if the other amenities get added I would add the 5th star!

This place is not worth the money. Bug infested, super thin walls, no parking, inconsiderate neighbors, lousy landlord. Would not recommend moving here. MGMT residential is terrible.

This building has been great to live in! I just renewed my lease for another year. My neighbors are very friendly and building maintenance has always been super responsive. The apartment finishes are very nice and great for the price. It's been a positive experience.

Place is bug infested, walls are too thin. Parking is horrible no matter what time of day it is. Neighbors are horrible. They leave trash in halls and landlord does nothing, she’s lazy and not helpful at all. Please look elsewhere and do not lease with MGMT all of their locations suck and floor plans are so small for the money. You can find way better places in this area for the same price! DONT DO IT, so many people are leaving the property.

I will admit, the space is nice, but it simply cannot make up for how poor the management is here. The building owner is incredibly incompetent and rude. If you have any maintenance issues, expect them to take over a week to fix it. I'm not talking about minor issues, I am currently living with a 3 ft hole in my ceiling for the 2nd time in 4 weeks due to water damage that management claims "is very common, and happens all the time". Save yourself the headache and find a building that has competent staff, I would absolutely never suggest this apartment building to anyone I know.
