Available May 1st. You will love this convenient newer one bedroom unit. Located minutes to downtown Milford yet it backs up to Milford recreational areas. Gas Heat, central air, small patio to entertain, living room with hardwood floors and a cozy fireplace. Washer/dryer are in the condo. The kitchen is updated with cherry cabinets and granite counters. The bedroom is a very good size with a large closet and lots of natural lighting. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis for an extra rent. Positive credit report, two months security, verifiable income and a copy of your drivers license is required with an application. Showings will be Thursday 8th 1-5, please use showing time and follow COVID protocol. All applications should be submitted by Friday April 9th 7 PM, one PDF with complete application please.
