Great location, 1 mile from Crabtree and 10 minutes from Brier Creek. Fully renovated (as of August 2016) 975 sq. ft. third floor apartment, 1 br w/ sunroom in bedroom. Comes with SS refrigerator, gas stove and dishwasher; washer & dryer hook up and apartment rentals available. Has garden tub, 9 ft. ceilings, gas fireplace, planked hardwood flooring and carpet in bedroom. Community amenities: club house, business center, pool w/ grills, carports w/ storage, newly painted tennis courts, sand volleyball court, car care center, clothes care center, 24 hour gym, 24 hour maintenance and valet trash service. Base rent is $975 + pet, valet trash and pest control fees; water included in rent. We are looking to be out no later than June 3rd. ***No apartment or pet deposit required, as you would be taking over our lease - unless you have a second pet, in which case a deposit of $50 is required*** Our lease ends August 23rd; you have the option to cut or renew the lease.
