Whether you're planning a romantic escape or a relaxing beach trip, this condo delivers the views, comfort, and amenities you’re looking for. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. There is no smoking in the unit/house as well as the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. No parties or events; violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. No pets are allowed; any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. This property is suitable for children (2-12 years) and infants (under 2 years). For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space. [SI]
