This home features a full kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances, including a drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, basic pots and pans, and kitchen utensils. Enjoy the private screened pool and covered patio, as well as smart HDTVs in every bedroom and high-speed 500 Mbps internet. For entertainment, the loft includes Connect 4, Scrabble, Jenga, movies, board games, and cards. Relax on the lanai by the private pool and spa, complete with sun loungers and pool toys. Outdoor dining is also available. Pool and spa heating is available for $40 per day and must be requested 48 hours in advance. A $70 BBQ fee will be charged per stay, which includes BBQ cleaning, a propane tank, and BBQ utensils. Enjoy easy access to nearby attractions. All trash must be placed into trash bags, then placed into the bin out by the front door; loose trash found in bins is subject to a fee of $50. Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. No pets, parties, events, or smoking are allowed. Please do not wash comforters, and housekeeping will take care of this after your stay. If you require assistance to exchange a comforter, please call during business hours.
