For entertainment, the loft includes Connect 4, Scrabble, Jenga, movies, board games, and cards. Relax on the lanai by the private pool and spa, complete with sun loungers and pool toys. Outdoor dining is also available. Pool and spa heating is available for $40 per day and must be requested 48 hours in advance. A $70 BBQ fee will be charged per stay, which includes BBQ cleaning, a propane tank, and BBQ utensils. Enjoy easy access to nearby attractions. Disney World is 18 minutes away, Epcot is 15 minutes away, Animal Kingdom is 20 minutes away, Hollywood Studios is 16 minutes away, Sea World is 26 minutes away, Islands of Adventure is 22 minutes away, Legoland is 57 minutes away, and Fun Spot America is 15 minutes away. The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, The Retreat Club, ChampionsGate Golf Club (Omni Resort), Disney’s BoardWalk, Pointe Orlando, ICON Park, and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa are also nearby. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Only park in the designated areas, and every person with a vehicle will need a parking/gate pass. During your stay, trash is to be placed inside the bench by the front door for community collection starting at 7:00 am. All trash must be placed into trash bags, then placed into the bin out by the front door; loose trash found in bins is subject to a fee of $50. Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. No pets, parties, events, or smoking are allowed. Please do not wash comforters, and housekeeping will take care of this after your stay. If you require assistance to exchange a comforter, please call during business hours.
