After August, the apartment will be $610.00 per month because I will put $55.00 towards your rent for each month until August (August is when my lease ends)! This apartment is located in the Village of Meadowview apartment complex. It is only 5 minutes away from the ASU campus and downtown Boone, has a beautiful mountain view, is close to the parkway and is right across the street from the greenway trail. I am a graduate student going away on internship in December and need a subleaser for the Spring 2015 semester. If interested, you will have a roommate who is a a very clean and friendly speech pathology graduate student. She will also be going away on internship in May, so she would be a temporary roommate. This is a top floor 2 BR apartment with vaulted ceilings. It comes with all amenities, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable, internet, parking, and unlimited utilities all included in the price. The Village of Meadowview clubhouse also offers free gym access, computer lab, printing, a game room, and is on the Appalcart route. If interested, you will still have to go through the Village of Meadowview application process. Pets are allowed up to 60 lbs. Cats are not okay though because my roommate is allergic!
