Private boat, trailer, or RV parking (on pavers) available on side of house for safe/discrete parking. 2 car garage, basement for storage. Master bathroom has 2 sinks and walk-in glass shower with 2 shower heads. Renters provide renters insurance, utilities, internet, and cutting grass (or option to add additional fee to hire this out).
