About 648 Keyser Ave Morgantown, WV 26505
I have two rooms left in a 3Br/2Bath house with a fenced yard in a quiet area. Rent is $500.00 per month plus utilities. The bedrooms are unfurnished, but the rest of the house will be furnished. Washer and dryer in home. I am a 4th year Dental School student Ideally, I would prefer another Dental School student, but I would consider any students as well. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the Health Sciences Center (1.3 miles) and even closer to the Law School. I will have the house starting in June, but you won’t be required to sign the lease until August if you won’t be around. You will have you own room, but will be sharing a bathroom with a another student. I have a 4 yr old white lab with me who is extremely friendly. Additional pets can be discussed but shouldn't be a problem. Quiet neighborhood and Close to hiking trails If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me. Chad 814-881-8082
