Monthly pet rent is $50.00 per pet for the duration of the lease term. • A one-time administrative fee of 20% of the first month's rent or $400.00 (whichever is less) is due at move in along with the pro-rated/first month's rent. • 5% of the monthly rent Late Fee policy if rent or any portion thereof not received by the fourth calendar day of the month. • $25.00 for the first NSF Fee (non-sufficient funds Charged for any returned payment) and $35.00 each subsequent NSF fee. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount, good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers.
