The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 64 Park Avenue
I've lived here since 2018, and I've never had any major issues. Anytime I've called the office, they've been pretty responsive. I'm in a larger size studio with a walk in closet, and extra coat closet, full size kitchen and separate area for a small dining set. All of the floors are hard wood...before I moved in, they gutted the apartment and put all new appliances, and bathroom accessories in it. The ceilings are high and the windows are large in that pre war style flow. My neighbors are considerate and know during the week to turn the volumes down after 10pm. I had an issue with my electricity at one point being ridiculously high for a studio but once I started monitoring it and uploading pics to pseg...that issue went away. My building is on a busy block...parking does suck if you don't have an agreement with the house across the street that rents out spaces...it sometimes takes a while to find parking if you come home during the week after 6pm. With that said, I've always been able to find parking. My only suggestion is that people should be able to see their place b4 signing the lease. I had to go off blueprints and prayer...but it was a good choice.
