The property is a 3 story Victorian influenced row home in the ideal neighborhood of Mantua. The property contains (2) bi-level units. The 1st floor unit contains a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom bi-level apartment. The 2nd floor unit contains a 1 bedroom with den 2 bathroom bi-level apartment. Property is extremely clean and receives weekly maintaince to common areas. Property is safe and secure and contains security camaras in the front and back of property and has a security monitor in building vestibule. One of the more notable aspects of Mantua is its proxmity the Philadelphia Zoo, which is very close to the expressway. The apartment is located just off i-76, Martin Luther King Drive & Kelly Drive making for an accessible commute to surrounding areas. Center City Philadelphia is only a 5-10 minute drive and/or bike ride away. The property is also a 5-minute walk to Philadelphia’s’ Parkway which encompasses some of the city’s most historical monuments, as well as hosting some of the city’s most prominent venus. Each or at least (1) applicant needs to have income 3Xs the asking rent in gross monthly income and, preferably a credit score of 580 or higher and must pass criminal/credit check. Proof of income will be required (Pay stubs, tax returns, employment verification). Co-signers and/or Grantors will not be accepted.
